Our highly skilled and dedicated staff, working in state-of-the-art facilities, are the basis of PharmaTech's success. Low staff turnover and a high proportion of long-term employees ensure continuity, motivation and shared expertise. All study directors are graduate or doctorate agronomists, biologists, chemists, pathologists, pharmacists, toxicologists or veterinarians. They are assisted by departmental teams of well-trained technicians who are specialists in their field of work. Our regulatory and consulting staff comprises ex-industry professionals who enjoy the stimulating and challenging environment of contract research. In-house training programmes ensure that the skills required to perform newly validated techniques are available to all who need to use them.
